you'll need for your stay, as if you were in your own home. You're welcome to use anything on the premises - food, spices,
condiments, tea, coffee, paper plates, plastic cutlery, etc. Plan on packing your personal toiletry items & beach towels,
our linens are not allowed off premises. Since we provide only a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels,
& other dispensable items to get you started on your first day of vacation, you should plan on making a trip to the grocery
store to replenish these items as you need them. There is a Food Market within a 1 1/2 block walking distance @ Seabright
Ave & Murray St; Safeway is located approximately 1 mile away on Soquel Drive near Seabright Avenue. CHILDREN: ARE TO BE SUPERVISED BY ADULTS AT ALL TIMES. Because the House’s
Main Living Area is on the 2nd floor, parents need to know that the glass on the Bay Window Seat is not tempered, only dual glazed; The 3rd floor loft spiral staircase railings
are widely spaced @ 7.5" apart, and the 2nd story deck has 8.5" spacing in the deck rail, where a small child can
crawl between and fall. The Loft Bedroom Treasure Chest/Toy Box is filled with Toys,
some of which may contain small pieces that a small child can choke on. For **SAFETY**
reasons this house MAY NOT BE the most appropriate place for your vacation if you have young or rambunctious children.
There is Safety Rail Netting in the hall linen closet, to tie on the deck rails if you’d like, but it does not take
the place of vigilance with regards to watching your children on the deck, with its wide spacing on the deck rails. Use it
at your own risk, it is unknown if it works, it was left here by a prior guest. Please be advised that you are making the
reservation with the above knowledge at your own risk, and are agreeing to hold the Owner harmless without any liability.
To open Child Proof cabinet locks underneath all sinks, press down on the top wide tab area.

CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: The
property will be inspected & sanitized after your departure. The Sanitization Fee you have paid will provide for
normal sanitizing of the Bed Linens, Bathrooms, & Flooring after your departure. In
order to enjoy your vacation until the last minute, You may leave the Dishwasher washing your FINAL
load of Dishes, and the Dryer drying your FINAL load of Towels before your departure. You should leave the property
in the same general condition that you received it, EXCEPT that you Do NOT make the beds, launder bed linens, clean the
bathrooms, or vacuum/sweep the floors. Please do not make the beds or Launder Blankets & Bed Linens
as we'll have to launder them again, to confirm they are fresh for the next guests. The BBQ GRILL
& KITCHEN MUST BE LEFT CLEAN, including all
recycling bin & trash compactor contents discarded into the Garage garbage bins. There is Quick Final Check Off List on the Kitchen Scale on what to do before your final departure.
Propane BBQ Grill is
only for Guests familiar with its safe usage-Use at your Own Risk, Cleaning Rags & Simple Green spray are located in a bucket under kitchen sink. Wire brush is inside of grill.
***SUNDAY-MONDAY Guests MUST Place Out &
Retrieve the 2 Garage Garbage & Recycling bins, as there is a city ordinance prohibiting them being left out past the
pickup days. The blue recycling bin is for glass, paper, & plastic only***
Please use the SHARED
rear patio OUTDOOR SHOWER to wash off sand before re-entering the house, but please
be respectful of the Rear Studio year round Tenant's exclusive use of this Patio area back there, and keep voices
down. All sand must be shaked off towels or clothing
prior to inserting them into the WASHING MACHINE or DRYER.
***There are Patio Furniture cushions & Throw Pillows in
the Master bedroom closet. If you'd like to use them, PLEASE wipe down the seat areas of the furniture just before you place them out each time, using
the rags located under the kitchen sink. Do Not use Sun Tan Oil while using them (will stain them) & PLEASE return them Every Night to that closet, in in order to prevent
overnight ocean dew damage***
***THE BED COMFORTERS & Matching PILLOW SHAMS ARE DECORATIVE ONLY, and are Dry Clean only. DO
NOT WASH THEM. IF THESE are stained by your guests, they HAVE TO BE DRYCLEANED AFTER YOUR STAY, APPROPRIATE CHARGES MAY
BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR DEPOSIT***
***URGENT*** Prior to your
Departure, your must TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS, OVEN RANGE, & HEATER, along with lowering & closing
all Window Blinds, locking all Windows & Doors, including the Loft Bedroom Door, and UNPLUGING the COFFEE MAKER &
HOT WATER KETTLE. Please leave garage door opener on kitchen counter along with the 8 TV/DVD remotes.

IMPORTANT: We ask that you LEAVE YOUR SHOES DOWNSTAIRS in order to maintain the carpet clean for the next guest. Absolutely NO PETS allowed. We’re allergic to pet dander, and will know if there was
an animal in the house. Per our Rental Contract, this breach, & some others including the breeches of the NO SMOKING, or the allowing of different Occupants other than those listed
on the contract, may constitute an automatic forfeiture of your security deposit. No INCENSE or CANDLE BURNING, No NAIL POLISH or REMOVER, No CHEWING
GUM, NO HAIR DYE, No PERMANENT MARKERS, & NO RED PUNCH DRINKS permitted
on the premises, as these can cause irreversible damage. No TAPE or STICKERS permitted on any surfaces.
PARKING
allowed in the 1 car Garage or on the Street. The Garage Door is to remain closed while not in use. NOTE: The driveway on the right
side garage belongs to the Rear Studio year round Tenant, PLEASE DO NOT block their Exit by parking on their driveway.
***Please lock the entry door to the Garage
from the Laundry Room while using the Washer & Dryer, in order to prevent damage to the Washer & Dryer doors. Both
appliance doors open TOWARDS the Garage entry door, and these doors will interfere with and damage each other
if you are not careful***
***Please DO NOT sit on the COUCH ARMS, as this has caused them to separate from the couch in the
past***
Seabright Beach is patrolled by State Park Rangers, they have the right
to inspect your Coolers as NO GLASS or ALCOHOL are allowed on the Beach. Owner is not responsible for weather conditions,
DSL or utility outages, items left at property by guests, or clogged plumbing. There is a toilet plunger
located under the hall bath vanity. If needed, call Roto Rooter @ 831-425-7669. There is a City of Santa Cruz "No Loud Noise after 10 p.m." ORDINANCE. As this is a residential area, music and voices must
be kept to a moderate level in consideration of neighbors. If police come out to the premises due to loud noise, you will automatically forfeit
any fines charged to us from your deposit. PLEASE be advised that any broken items by your party must be left at the house in its broken condition
and not thrown out, as missing items may constitute a deduction from your security deposit for it's

including a copy of our website, a City Map, & Santa Cruz Traveler's Guide Magazine. CANCELLATIONS: Are NOT REFUNDABLE.
